Apprenticeship overview

Customer service practitioners are hugely influential in the delivery of a good customer experience and their satisfaction with an organisation. You will develop your communication and teamwork skills, while delivering excellent customer service skills. You’ll need to build the right customer-facing behaviours as well as strong product and/or service knowledge.

 

You will provide service in line with your employer’s customer service standards and strategy and understand regulatory requirements. You will also assist customers either face-to-face or by phone, post, email, text and through social media and ensure they are happy with the level of service delivered.
