Apprenticeship overview

The challenging yet rewarding Operations / Departmental Manager apprenticeship requires you to manage teams and/or projects and have responsibility for planning, delivering and achieving departmental goals and objectives.

 

You will report to a more senior manager, head of department or small business owner, and will be responsible for the operational and/or policy delivery of the organisation’s strategy. AS youi work throught he programme, you will develop a range of general business skills alongside specialist skills necessary for your employer’s business.
