An apprenticeship combines the best parts of education and work, you are employed by a business and receive formal training that is directly linked to your job role. You will be assigned a mentor in the workplace who will be there to guide you through the new tasks you are learning on your job, and you will receive formal off the job training in one of our venues, online or at your employer’s premises. Think of it as 80% work and 20% education whilst getting paid for 100% of your time.
You do not need any prior experience in the job you apply for, it really is all about how you would love to spend your time earning a wage and becoming qualified in your chosen career.
