  • Supporting with general administrative tasks.

  • Invoicing, and negotiating agreements with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Preparing and editing documents.
  • Taking meeting minutes and recording actions.
  • Communicating with stakeholders via telephone, email and letter.
  • Arranging and booking meetings and travel.
