Information Communications Technician

The Role: IT support technicians provide an essential service to any organisation. They work to provide technical support to internal and/or external customers, diagnosing and fixing IT problems.

Apprenticeship overview

In this role apprentices will learn to apply policies and procedures appropriately and how to communicate effectively with stakeholders. They may also work on installing new software or hardware and support with the rollout of upgrades.
