MetaGedu Apprenticeships celebrates strong Ofsted recognition

MetaGedu Apprenticeships has welcomed the findings of its latest Ofsted inspection, which recognises the organisation’s strengths in supporting apprentices, working closely with employers and delivering high-quality apprenticeship training.

The inspection, carried out in June 2026, found the Birmingham-based apprenticeship provider to be delivering a Strong standard in key areas, including inclusion and apprentice achievement, while meeting the Expected standard across the remaining areas of the inspection framework. The report also confirms that safeguarding standards have been met.

Inspectors recognised MetaGedu Apprenticeships for placing inclusion at the heart of its work and creating an environment in which apprentices feel confident, respected and supported to succeed. The report highlights the personalised support available to apprentices, particularly those who face barriers to learning, and the positive impact this has on their confidence, resilience and progress.

The inspection also highlights the organisation’s strong relationships with employers. Inspectors found that apprenticeship programmes are developed in partnership with employers to ensure apprentices gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed in today’s workplace. Apprentices were praised for applying what they learn with confidence and making valuable contributions within their organisations.

The report notes that apprentices make excellent progress from their starting points and achieve high standards. Many go on to secure permanent employment, promotion or increased responsibility, reflecting the positive impact of their apprenticeship experience.
