Your Safety, Our Priority
At MetaGedu, the safety and well-being of our apprentices is our highest priority. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where everyone can thrive and feel protected from harm.
We recognise that there may be times when you need some help or support while you are completing your apprenticeship and have a dedicated team to help you overcome the challenges you are experiencing.
Safeguarding is embedded in every aspect of our work. We take a proactive and preventative approach to ensure that all individuals are supported, listened to, and empowered.
Our safeguarding culture is built on openness, accountability, and continuous improvement.

All staff at MetaGedu are trained to recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns. We have clear procedures in place for reporting and managing concerns, and we work closely with external agencies to ensure the right support is provided when needed.
